How is your cat, or should I ask? My last cat lived to be 17 and she was an outside cat(her choice). We currently have two cats for the last two years, they were in the same foster home so we took both. I dreaded getting them because I know they will eventually die and as you know it is so heartbreaking.
0730-EAS RTD chocolate fudge
0930- ficer one cereal bar- apple cinnamon, weird flavor I think I will give the rest away
1100-SB chicken ceasar wrap
1300-chicken teriyaki 2 oz 1 bite rice- not good, not usual place
1700-2/3 C 0% fage w 1/2 C raspberries and 1/4 C bran buds
1945-3-4 oz pot roast and 4 small baby red potatoes w light butter
2000-2 sf Murray choc chip cookies.
I forgot I had 6 doritos w some spinach dip at work, but no candy and it was everywher! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, light running at 5.0 mph for 25 and 2.5 walking pre and post. No viatamins/calcium forogt and just got home. I think I got all my water in. Tomorrow is another long day so off to bed before the baked cheetos call my name even louder, so far i have blocked them out! Tomorrow is our Christmas leadership gathering/breakfast; I can't wait to eat, I love breakfast.

Dawn is getting a good nights sleep after a very long 5 days of trying her best to save our cat Lucas. We had him put to sleep yesterday at 4:00 P.M. The vet recommended doing it this way as Lucas has had kidney problems for over 8 years. He was 3 months short of 15 years old, R.I.P Lucas, We miss you so.

Yes, as Dex said, we did have Lucas put down and I was pleasantly surprised with the process. He passed so peacefully! I had a giant load off of myshoulders when he passed and we brought him home to bury him. The other two cats got to sniff him so they got closure too.

Carbs are a big addictive thing here. We haven't had a loaf of bread in the house in almost a year. For some reason, a hotdog bun just doesn't have the pull of a PB&J sandwich...But I did make a loaf of wheat bread for my son, so he can have a sandwich or two this week. I'll be tossing the loaf on Saturday.

You did good with your list. Some bars just aren't good. I couldn't stand cinnamon in my bars at all. Seems like they're covering up something with all tha cinnamon...

Keep up the good work.

That's because you had GOOD carbs! It's got to be that. What do you think it is? journaling? watching what you eat? portion control? It's all part of it, I think.

Great list again today. You are doing SO good! See ya.

Here is my Tuesday, my computer is dead at home so couldn't post last night.  Hoping our IT dept. at work can get it working today, I'm so lost without it, lol.

I'm happy about my day, still need to work on the fat grams I think they are too high for the mix.

I have to say I think you're fat intake is right on the mark. You don't want it to get too low or your skin will be dry and you'll have a hard time pooping..LOL. that's how I justify it in my diet anyway.

I sure hate it when the computer is down at our house. We're having a new internet service provider installed on Thursday (tomorrow) and hopefully there wont' be any complications cuz I have SUCH a transfer addiction to the internet..Took the laptop on vacation and even have one of these:

As soon as I saw what you meant, I stepped back and stopped that immediately...You were so right!

We're having fish today instead of Tuesday but I sure like Tilapia. I make it in foil packets with onions or veggies and even our picky son (17 years old) will eat it. He loves fish.

How is bratwurst for protein and fat? I used to eat a ton of that stuff when i was a kid. My grandfather kept it around (cuz he was german, I guess!) I'm thinking bratwurst and crackers. My grandfather used to eat it with those little loaves of rye bread.
