So? How did you all do? You don't have to be exact but be honest...

yeah, having this little one is like having a newborn at home...Up at 10 pm and then again at 3 am for potty breaks. Poor little guy. Poor me too. I'm tired myself. But happy.

Your list looks good. Did you ever even think that a snack would be steak before? I eat my meals so darn slow that half of it can be considered the meal but if I fini**** it's a snack later on...LOL.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

I'm so sorry you're struggling...

Maybe instead of a couple bites of poptart you should have some beef jerky or a slice of bacon? My pouch responds better if it's warmed up. A tablespoon of protein powder in a packet of malto meal or instant oatmeal...Nice warm breakfast always makes my pouch happy to have more later. I have had to increase my intake to maintain and I'm recently ready to add muscle and add some bigger numbers on the scale.

Then instead of chef boyrdee...a can of tuna with some whole grain crackers or some celery? I have trouble with raw celery but maybe you don't.

cheese sticks are good...You can wrap a piece of lunch meat around them. Dip them in mustard or mayo if you want (a sammy without the bread, if you want)

You're absolutely right...tomorrow is another day...the carbs will make you crave more carbs but the protein is better for you. Are you headed down on your journey or up alittle?

Are you drinking enough water? How much are you drinking? And coffee or caffeine?

I sure hope you feel better tomorrow. Check back and keep in touch. See ya.
