Well, another long day. Breakfast then a barbeque party with neighbors. I really have a problem getting enough water when I'm not working or driving...I got two bottles of water yesterday and really needed 5...Any suggestions?

Breakfast: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soymilk

Second breakfast: 3 egg omelet with swiss cheese, 2 pieces of toast

LUnch:? Nothing.

Dinner: 1 medium grilled chicken leg quarter. several deviled eggs and some tortilla chips.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1878
Fat: 94.2
Carb: 142.5
Protein: 120.2

Not great but not bad. How did you do?

Hello Dawn! I didn't eat much today. I had a busy day.. shopping, cooking, cleaning, laundry then took my daughter and her best friend to the movies and walmart.

Breakfast:
None

Lunch:
2 beef Taco's

Snack: ... smuggled a snack in the movie theatre
Small pack of cashews
Orange

Dinner:
Grilled cheese sammy on lite wheat

Snack:
2 Cups of chocolate calorie countdown milk

Used to be I'd bring candybars into the movie theatre (don't tell anyone! LOL) but now, because they don't have anything very healthy, an orange is just as good. And peanuts...peanuts are good.

Your list looks a little bit high on carbs but for the weekend with what you were doing...you did good, I think.

It's sure fun to spend time with your kids and their friends. Now that my daughter is married it doesn't happen so often and I sure miss it.

Had a very good eating day and was able to stick to my plan of getting back on track. 
So here's my menu for the day:

EM - Dannon Yogurt Smoothie w 1 scoop of Protein   28g
         20 oz Decaf Coffee w/ Hazelnut creamer

B -    2 slices Turkey Bacon   4g
         Spinach Quiche          13.6g

S -    EAS Choclate Protein Shake  17g

L -    3oz Salmon w/ Green Beans  22.7g

D -    4 oz Croaker fried w/ Corn Meal  21.7 (half of a piece)
          Tossed salad w/ dressing       23.2g

S -    Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich on lite wheat bread   8g

Calories       1235
Fat                      46g
Carb                84.8g
Protein          115.6g

The fish was really good...its been a longgggg time since I've had anything fried.  It didn't make me dump but I didn't feel too well after I finished eating.  I had to lay down for awhile.

Wow...My mind really ran away with me. I'm thinking croakers are like frog legs..I've had those.

Fried fish really depends on how good or bad the oil is for me. But that's how I learn to be careful..I need to get bopped once or twice and then I steer clear of that stuff.
