My list for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy protein, soy milk, apple sauce, coffee
S: Coffee, SF Candy (from that Russell Stovers box)
S: 1/4 cup honey roasted peanuts
L: 4 oz ceviche, 16 whole grain crackers, 1 Tablespoon Reduced Sugar Peanut Butter
S: Coffee Muffin, Coffee
D: 5 oz fish, 1/4 cup mashed potato
Totals for the day:
Calories: 2125
Fat: 98.2
Carbs: 205.2
Protein: 123.1
A bit high on the calories but I think I included all the snacks I got today..I didn't drink enough water and when that happens, I generally eat too much. I swear, I still can't tell the difference between hunger and thirst signals...What is it about that? I got 64 ounces of water and probably 50 ounces of coffee and NSA Swiss Miss.
How did you do today? Wish me luck on the gift baskets. If I have anything left over, I'm taking it to my sister's house so I can get my family to eat it...LOL>

1 Cup of chili w/ a lil shredded cheese

2 chocolate covered cherries

Smart One's frozen dinner
1/2 an orange
Snack:
NSA Yogart
Your list is good today. I have a recipe for English Muffins for my bread maker. LOL. I'm chomping to warm up the kitchen today. It's only 7:30 and I've made 2 pounds of fudge and 3 small loaves of banana bread. AND I'm looking to make some Strawberry bread too. I have a canister of dehydrated strawberries that I really wanna use. LOL.
I'm thinking chili is in order for the day after Christmas. Christmas is breakfast: lefse, lunch is snacking on goodies, dinner is honey baked ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potato rolls, green beans...

b;2 or 3 bites of a yummy omelet crab,cheese and bacon just got full fast. had one bite of a pumpkin spic muffin and gave the rest to my bff. he can eat 10 of them adn not gain anything.

Hi Dawn, Came in to wish you and all a very Merry Christmas and Happy and hopefully a prosperous 2009 filled with peace and love.
My weight remains stable between 124-128, going to see my surgeon Jan 5 re; abdominal hernia. Something feels weird, like swelling or tube like and he wanted to see me immed. but could not manage it with holiday.
Hope all is well with you, miss coming in here daily, just been busy. Hey Dana if you are here Merry Christmas.

TVP is Textured Vegetable Protein or Textured Soy Protein. You can find it several places but you have to look around. I found it on line at harmonyhousefoods and they have it flavored like taco meat, ham and chicken..But the plain is good for malto meal or oatmeal. I also put it on top of cottage cheese, pudding or yogurt. It adds a nutty crunchy texture to those.
