Accountability - Monday
Low day today and it was sort of my fault. Invited out to dinner and the dinner was spaghetti buffet..I got sick.
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, coffee
2B: None today!
L: taco salad, guessing about 2 cups worth including refried beans
Snack: nothing.
D: 1 cup really thick meat sauce, 1/2 cup caesar salad and 1/2 cup pasta...That pasta didn't go down well. I got sick so everything after the amount I just mentioned didn't count as food..
Dessert: 1/2 cup of Breyers No sugar Added Chocolate Ice cream.

Fat: 51.5
Carbs: 158.9
Protein: 106.5

Hello Dawn, I have to eat speghetti very slow and chew like we did in the very, very beginning. If not, it makes me so sick! I hope your feeling better.

CHILI! I keep getting distracted from making a pot of chili. Such a good idea.
Tonight we're having leftover lasagna and I'll have to eat something else. I'm thinking make a small pot of chili to have with the lasagna for me. Sounds so GOOD.

Very very short list but the water is low too. Not that I'm able to push my normal water to anywhere near the gallon I usually do.I'm lacking in that area.
