Gawd, I've been sick! Didn't do a blessed thing all day Monday but sleep and run to the bathroom. Well, I did have dh to take care of me so I didn't die anyway...LOL.

What I ate: 

B: grits, 1 oz protein powder, 1 cup soy milk

L: 2T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, 17 whole grain crackers

D: 1 cup tomato soup

Total for the day:

Calories: 673
Fat: 20.4
Carbs: 87.0
Protein: 44.2

Not my best day. I'm on the mend today. I only was up three times in the night last night and got alittle sleep. I finally found the Imodium about 1:30 am so I think I'll be okay but tonight. I just want to be sure I don't have anymore eruptions.

This is a low list for you, isnt' it? Looks really good but lower numbers, it seems to me.
