The weekend's over! Not sure if I did better or did the same...Maybe better. I didn't do wii and I didn't make my water quota for Sunday at all. Almost on Saturday but not even close today.

B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

2B: 3 egg chili and cheese omelet, and not enough potatoes to even count. maybe a bite

S: Pringles, one serving (I actually counted out 14 crisps)

Lunch: 4.5 oz shrimp, 1 pack Pringles Baked Wheat Stix

S: 1 oz honey roasted peanuts

D: 4 oz porkchop, 1/2 cup canned cooked carrots and 1/3 a very small baked potato with NF sour cream

Totals for the day:
Calories: 1764
Fat: 88.9
Carbs: 100.5
Protein: 143.1

If i can get my lazy arse off the couch, I may wii for 15 minutes or so..I did trim the grapevines today and fill the bird feeders..played with the cats, cleaned the house, went to church and went shopping at the market..It's not like I watched the Nascar race all day (but I did see most of that too).

How did you do today? victory? not so victorious? Either way, where ever you are, you can head back to center.

My daughter and I went to Arbys and I got a turkey and swiss market fresh. I ate 1/2 of a 1/2. They are huge. I can make 4 meals on it. I did too. I ate on it all day till it was gone.

I got in 42 oz. of water

I got in about 36 0z. of unsweet tea. I am hooked on tea. I got in about 4 cups of black coffee. And about 4 sour cream and chive chips. Woo that was more than a lot for me. But I did it and I feel good today. I have so much energy. And it is so wonderful. We got a huge snow last night. It has not snowed here this much since 1994. We got 4 inches. We just don't get snow  here. So I will be out with my 18 year old daughter playing out side all day. Have a blessed day all.

That's AWESOME! You are going great..

I can tell you're feeling much better..Food for your body and mind and soul...Awesome.

I bought chips the other day too. I had 14 of them and they didn't sit too well. Too spicy I guess and I'm "recovering" from the quarter of a bagel I had. LOL. No snow here today. Barely gonna get sunshine either. Enjoy the snow. It's a wonderful change!

YOU GO, GIRL!

It was good...I couldn't eat or drink for a LONG time after and it took me nearly 45 minutes to eat it...It was huge.

You did awesome. I bought some of that ****tail bread (thinking of the small square of corn brea) on a discount rack over the weekend. 3 mini slices of that is like a slice of normal bread and I think I can live with that cuz all I really want is a taste of it.

Keep up the good work! See ya.
