Good list. Great totals. You're getting in your vitamins and your water too? Those protein totals are perfect.

I had beef jerky for a snack too! Seems like alot of people get the bug for certain foods from time to time. I think the government is feeding us information through commercials or something. LOL> JK.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Water.. yes. Vitamins are another subject. I stopped taking them then when someone talked about there issues with not taking them, I started taking them but I don't remember everyday. I'm working on it. Because you reminded me, I'm going to go take my multi now. I'm at work and have a bottle in my locker.

I got really lucky. The office decided we needed a sparkletts container and an ice machine...LOL. I have water around all day long...I keep a bottle of my multi vitamins at work, in case I forget before I leave the house. The hard part is remembering over the weekend so I stuff my vits in my pocket before we leave the house...It works for me but I know myself pretty well.

Keep  it up..vitamins and water too.

B)  Grits, and turkey bacon, 3 slices
S) 1 slice cheese, SF popcicle
S) 1 piece string cheese
L) Insides of 6" turkey sub from Subway, with all the great veggies and 10 potato chips
S) A few corn chiips
D) 8 large garlic shrimp, roasted zuchinni, onions, turnips, carrots, celery, and potatoes with spices and olive oil.

I had at least 80 oz fluids, and all my vits. I usually get in my protein without drinking it these days. Maintaining my weight well, I flucuate 2-3 pounds all the time. I feel I eat too many carbs, but only after the fact. I think I worry too much!!

Awesome list...Doing really good with this list even with alittle carb.

I believe we need the carbs for action. When I walk or wii or exercise at all, the carbs are first thing I think about. The trick is to keep them to a minimum and have good carbs (the ones with plenty of fiber for poopage. LOL) And water...water is really important. Any time you ask about when you're sick they say the phrase "plenty of fluids" so we have to be doing something right by over doing the water, I have to think.

I worry too much also. Lately the scale has said 129 and change. That 130 mark just scares the crap out of me. I drew a line in the sand at 130 and don't wanna cross that line. I also think a healthy amount of fear is a good thing. That's what keeps me from playing on the freeway.

Tea is good for you! Really good. And coffee with creamer is good too. I put No Sugar Added Swiss Miss in my coffee and sometimes, when we're out at a restaurant I have that splenda Mocha flavor coffee sweetener...Tastes like chocolate and coffee mixed..and no sugar!

I LOVE turkey and swiss. I've taken to baking a chicken breast (mostly cuz it warms the house up on these cool evenings) that has bones and skin and a chicken breast roasted like that tastes alot like turkey...my hubby asked for cranberry sauce with it last time. LOL.

Keep up the good work! See ya.
