10:30 am 1 cup lettuce, 1/2 tomato, 2/3 cup raw broccoli flowerettes, 4 oz turkey meat

12:15 pm 1/2 chicken quesadilla, 12 french fries with ketchup
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry ice

I hope you went to bed! If I had done that when I first got the flu I think I would of recovered much sooner. Why fight it; let it run its course while you rest!

It feels like it could break up today but I still called in sick to work..I could feel better by noon or I could be sicker so...I'm staying home and in bed and taking nighttime cold meds so that I can sleep. Vitamin C.
What irritates me is that I've been sick TWICE since jan 1 this year and I'm usually never sick. What is up with that. Oh well, I'll save that research for when my brain works better.

You think that's strict? Thanks..Someone chewed me out once for talking about how I can eat too much. I think each of us has our own limits and I try and stay within my own..I'm home sick to day so I pretty much don't care what I'm eating because I don't want to eat much...I'm pushing the fluids today..
Your list looks good. Yeah, I take the toppings off the pizza too. I still want to have the pizza but that bready crust just makes it impossible. I can eat four slices of toppings or a half a piece with the crust...I'd rather have the toppings.
I found out that I can add low cal italian salad dressing to tuna and make it just as good but with a quarter of the calories...Mayo isn't my friend lately. LOL>

he he, I was looking at all of the times you have down and you eat almost the same everyday. I was very strict like that in the beginning. I had to be. Now that my pouch has fully healed, I feel I can bend and stretch a little. So it's inspirational that you are still that strict this far out. That's great!

I use mayo sparingly, I like your suggestion about the tuna. I recently tried a pita pocket with a thick slice of tomato and 1/2 avacado and a slice of turkey. it was delicious.

We just tried pita pockets too. Bought a package of whole wheat pita bread for "sandwiches".
Actually, the time thing is to be SURE I don't drink before the half hour is up. And I can only keep that close on the time if I'm at work. Today, since I"m home sick, I won't have the times on my list cuz I'm not at my desk. At my desk, I have the time on the wall, my wrist, the computer, the phone...Everywhere I look has a time!
On the weekends it's so hard for me to get all my water in, probably because I don't have the clocks telling when it's okay to drink so I forget. I had the same problem while we were on vacation too...no clocks...less water.
