Accountability - Thursday
I was home sick today. I didnt' get enough water but at least I rested enough.
My list:
B: Oatmeal, tvp, soy milk and mashed papaya
S: 1 oz cheese stick, Cranberry Juice (unsweetened) about 15 oz
L: 1/2 chicken quesadilla
S: 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 cup course tvp chicken flavor
D: 4 oz roasted chicken, 1/3 cup mashed potato, 1/3 cup broccoli from frozen
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1550
Fat: 42.8
Carbs: 186.5
Protein: 120.6
Not bad, except the carbs. That's because of the cranberry juice. 51.9 grams in that. And the tomato soup. 40.9 grams in that!
But I only got 2 containers (24 oz each) of water. I have another bottle sitting here but may not get all of that in..
I'm headed off to sleep this stupid cold out of my system with the help of some Theraflu stuff. Blah..

S- WW Yogart
L- Italian turkey sausage link w/ mustard & broccoli n cheese
S- WW Yogart & a few big peices of beef jerky
D- Sauteed tyson steak strips, shrimp, broccoli, onions and peppers
S- Carb/sugar control yogart & a few fresh mango chunks
Didn't do fitday today but I've had plenty of protein.
