Accountability - Wednesday
I nearly typed Thursday instead of Wednesday...LOL. Seems I'm in a hurry this week. Today was my lunch date with my husband. Long standing thing where he comes to my office and takes me out to lunch and puts gas in my car...Yup, he's a keeper.
List for the day:
5:00 am 10 oz Coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 0atmeal, tvp, soy milk, apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry lemonade
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:15 AM 24 OZ Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Honey Lemon Tea
12:00 pm 1/2 chicken quesadilla
1:20 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
2:20 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1/2 oz ****tail sauce
3:45 pm 1 medium orange, 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Tea
6:30 pm 1 cup spaghetti squash (from leftovers) and about a cup of spaghetti sauce (also from leftovers)
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1532
Fat: 56.9
Carbs: 127.9
Protein: 135.1
Protein 36%
Carbs: 31%
Fat: 33%
Still, all in all, pretty darn good. Holding my own on my weight. Funny though, I don't think I'm getting enough exercise to even justify the calories I'm getting in. I still need to work out but it's really hard to start back up.
I'm also reading "It Ain't Over 'Till the Thin Lady Sings." which is a really good WLS book about food addictions and how to get them under control. I highly recommend it.
