Accountability - Friday
Wow...Friday already. I wasn't sure how I'd do today. I'm still working out the details but I KNOW I did good on water..
List for the day:
6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk,
6:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
7:00 am 24 oz drink mix, raspberry ice
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:15 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Mixed Berry
10:00 am 11 oz iced coffee and protein isolate (mocha) with water and ice to 24 oz
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
1:10 pm 1/2 chicken quesadilla
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
3:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach Tea
6:00 pm chicken salad with avocado, salad greens and ranch dressing. Even a half slice of garlic toast and about 5 seasoned fries (ala Denneys)
7:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Raspberry Tea
8 Count em EIGHT containers of water. I think I got enough water today...and then some. My kidneys are OVER WORKED>
We brought the little adoptee hermie home and she's checking out the smells of her new home..And the rest of the neighbors are checking out the smell of the new chick on the block..Her name is Sushi..I like it!

Now those numbers are pretty darn good. I got in so much water, I wasn't hungry. Now that I'm sitting at home and done with the road...I'm hungry. I'm thinking I better hit the bed and forget about it otherwise I could mess up a perfectly good day with more snacking...OR I could get a half serving of sugar free chocolate. I think I should have a snack..I have room for it.

Well, you allowed for those beers...your numbers are LOW for calories and carbs...Good job..
I have a BIG weekend with serious shopping and the local poppy festival (I even scored free tickets from a friend of mine) and breakfast both mornings. I get so excited about shopping that I'm up just after 4 am already! yikes. I've had my coffee and I'm dressed...when do we leave? LOL>
