After the day I had grazing yesterday...out of control, I'm doing much better today. Much better. See? Do-overs are a good thing. I drank more than enough water and that's the key for me.

8:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
9:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc roasted turkey breast deli meat, 1 mini tangerine (1.5 oz)
10:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:35 am 1 medium apple
11:25 am 1/2 piece sugar free angel food cake with frosting (reduced sugar frosting)
12:00 pm 1 grilled chicken breast with mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato (no bun at all)

3:30 pm 1 large hardboiled egg
4:10 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
5:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade

Totals for the day:

Not bad at all. After yesterday, I consider this day a win.

How did you do? Remember, tomorrows you get do-overs.

Thanks Dawn, I am so determined to maintain my weight. I'm staying between 179 and 181 everyday and I'm proud of that.

Sugar free popcicles are nothing compared to ice cream! But they do fill a need for something sweet at the end of the day. I have some in my freezer, maybe I should have those instead of something else...When the weather gets better, I'm going to try that.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Been so busy with this move I am trying to eat.

Breakfast and Lunch was just decaf coffee

Dinner was a healthy chice dinner.

Very late night snack. ****I had lots of salt and vinager chips.

But it was ok I weighed this morning and weight was the same. I got to get me a cook stove. Where I moved don't have one. The other place had one and I had to leave it. I don't know when I can get one. I guess it is going to be the wave and George Forman and the deep frier and sandwitch machine. Oh hell I don't even need a stove. Have a good day.

I love salt and vinegar chips...A friend of mine got me started on regular chips dipped in white vinegar YEARS ago. We'd even add salt to them..yum. That was back in the early 70's..

George Forman is good by me! and a microwave.

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Do-Overs, a real part of real life...I know I tend to get upset and smack myself around when I get to what I feel is excessively out of control, when I get a grip, I remind myself this is "for life" and sometimes "stuff" happens...I guess, I feel, as long as I reel it in before it starts reflecting too badly on the scale then I'm doing OK...That said, while I am comfortable where I am and still under goal, mentally I would like to see the scale read 125 again on a regular basis...I know that means pulling in the reigns on my personal food choices and stepping up my exercise, but honestly I'm not trying all that hard to do that right now...To take words from Dawn, 1 baby step at a time, the 1st step is accounting here, daily ( an yes that means weekends too )...Those out there who peek into this post and have suggestions on what I might add or trim, chime in, I'm always open for suggestions...Thanks...

Sometimes I think the people here understand better than the "outside" world..

Your numbers are great and I really love seeing all the different things on your list and others. Such low numbers! Maybe I'll have really low numbers today...Here's to hoping.

Keep up the good work. See ya.
