Accountability - Saturday
Day one of the three day weekend. We took our Collie/Australian Shepherd to the groomer at Petsmart and it took FIVE HOURS! Poor dog! She'd never been groomed or bathed by anyone. She's covered in foxtails all over under her skin..We're really bad dog parents, apparently. Now that she's shaved I can see all the foxtails and they're easy to pull out...we're working on it.
Also, she's been eating hotdogs at the neighbor's house and that has to stop. Even without hair she looks like a shaved PIG..The fat on her back rolls down over her tail when she sits. Now that's OBESE.
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, applesauce, soy milk
2 B: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 slice bacon and 1.5 slices whole wheat toast without the crust
L: Malibu chicken at Sizzler and 1/4 of a baked potato, 1/2 slice cheese toast
D: 1 taco with lean ground beef and 1/2 oz cheese and small corn tortilla
No snacks and hardly any water..I got two full containers of water and started a third one at home but never finished. sigh, I have catch up to do with the water.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1581
Fat: 72.3
Carbs: 110.4
Protein: 125.4
This was a normal day for me...no changes. That Malibu chicken (half of that steak and chicken dinner) was HIGH in calories. Well over 400 calories. I wanted more carbs but it looks like old habits die hard.
Tomorrow we can go shopping, see a movie and go to breakfast. Not in that order.

I had a good Saturday.. I'm out of town with friends so I ate out at every meal except breakfast
Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, Turkey sausage & 1 slice of wheat toast
Lunch: @ Chick fil a
Grilled chicken sammy
Side salad w/ lite italian
Snack:
1 scoop of Chocolate ice cream
Dinner:
1 Baked Flounder filet
4 broiled shrimp
Steamed broccoli
1/2 a baked potato w/ very little butter
