High protein AND you got more than enough water to save your kidneys! Yeah, calories were low but you did great.

When you have stuff going on, it's easy to forget about doing what you need for yourself. We're planning a huge gathering in August for our daughter who is coming through at that time. I'm thinking several dozen family and friends when she comes...but I live for that sort of planning. I'm already cleaning up the house and rearranging furniture. LOL. Stuff I should have done months ago but that's basically how I roll.

Congrats on your High Schooler...that's cool. Our last one will probably graduate next year. He was suppose to graduate this year but he wasn't motivated to do the work and we've never pushed him on anything..our own fault. But he's a smart kid, he'll do okay.

Sounds like fun! Take care of yourself. Don't get over worked..See ya.

We used to live on that fried chicken from Albertsons. dh and ds both had headaches yesterday. It must have been the weather change. So I figured they take such good care of me, I thought I'd bring home chicken for the family. I did get the coleslaw but didn't eat any. I wanted to bump the carbs so the fat and the fried stuff probably helped. I really thought it would increase the fat and it did but not enough in my mind. I thought it would be much worse. .

Your list looks really good. really good...Love the salad! Have a great weekend! See ya.

TGIF!!!! Work is driving me crazy! I am so behind I cannot concentrate on one thing and fini**** I keep jumping from one thing to another. I know I need to make a list and just do one thing at a time and shut my door and ask others to leave me alone! It is not the others as much as my mind just wanders, I have akways had a problem with this but lately it is really getting to me. Done venting the weekend is here and I am going to enjoy it! I am taking my DD to a swim meet and then we will just hang out together, maybe make a special dinner for the two of us; my DH is in Oregon for a week of drill with the Air National Guard. Sunday I am running a 10K, subbing for Sunday school and then hopefully cleaning the house just enough I will let the babysitter in the door on Monday!
B-scrambled eggs, hash browns and bacon
S-  South Beach snack thing; not good, will not try again someone gave it to me in the office
L-1 slice of pizza- wanted 2 so bad it is the best pizza! salad
S-cottage cheese and fruit
S handful of cashews and 1/4 of sandwich that husband left on counter; I do not think he planned on sharing
D-grilled chicken on low carb wrap
S-not sure, out of strawberries and watermelon; need to go to the store this weekend as well. I have hamburger thawed I think I will make chili for the week. I need to get back to the daily plate, but I think I did o.k today
All my vitamins and calcium and water! Ran for 45 minutes with one of my running friends. I am so surprised that all day I was looking forward to my run, that was not happening five years ago! I am rambling tonight; hope everyone has a great weekend!

Running sort of clears out your brain. I totally can relate! When I hate a certain job, like balancing the accounts that were really convoluted, I put it off and let anything and everything distract me. I had to force myself to sit down and work through it. It only took me a week (10 months on three accounts) but it was worth it. The sense of accomplishment was amazing. I sort of miss that feeling lately cuz it takes me two minutes now.

There was alot on your plate this week...But you did good, from this list.

Keep up the good work! See ya.
