How did you do?

I know. Someone flipped that weather switch. We had temps in the 50s on Monday and today we're in the mid nineties...We're frying here too!

We found those stuffed chicken breasts at Walmart some time back. I want to get back to those but my freezer is over filled again.

Great numbers..awesome list. Your meal plans are so good and varied..that's what is so good about your plan...plenty of variety to keep on track..Keep up the good work. See ya.

Hi Gals and Guys (?? any lurkers out there, don't want to leave you out  )...

Thursday, my 1st day at work for the week, man, I could really get used to the vacation thing,  slagging around can really be addictive...Shrimp, DELISH, one of my faves, just have to be careful not to overcook it...

Now Wednesdays Food :

Pre B - 1 sausage link

B - Starbucks venti sf nf gingerbread-vanilla latte

L - chicken / mozz / artichoke / garlic sausage, 1/4 c sauteed onions and 1/3 c peas-n-corn

S - homemade protein ball

D - 1 beef and cheese taco in the shell with a little chopped avocado, lettuce, salsa on top - then
another same way without the shell

Water / Crystal Lite  112 oz                         Cals - 1023     Fat - 50     NetCarbs - 64     Protein - 77

Protein a little to low for my comfort, was going to beef it up with a protein drink after dinner, but didn't get dinner until 8pm because water aerobics ran late, too stuffed to put anything else in...Oh well, will make up for the protein today, I'm sure...

See ya'll later ...  Alesia  5'5"  135 lbs

I found a recipe for shrimp ceviche and I think I can use up the last of my home made adobo sauce in that...It might be pretty spicy when i'm done but I can handle it..(lime juice, lemon juice, some sour oranges...I'm there I think!)

I'm already thinking labs for July so I'm working more beef and tomato into my diet to cover the iron thing (did you know that if you add tomato to a burger, you quadruple the iron? add vitamin c to beef and that's what you get!) so we have bison in the near future and probably once a week till mid July. LOL. like tossing salt over your shoulder, supersticious.

Good list. I'm still nervous about going to Starbucks. Have NO idea how to order and don't want to slow up the line on all those caffeine craving half-asleep morning souls...I need to practice up. We tried last weekend but it wasn't great..Maybe still have to make my own.

yeah, Vacations are just a little taste of retirement..I could get used to that SO easy!

Keep up the good work. See ya.

Hi!
Ive been looking for an accountability thread to get in on and hope I can make yours it :)
I am almost 6yrs out of RNY, lowest weight 175, currently 193. I had a baby last July, lost down to 190 after baby and have now gained 3 of that back. I would love to get back to 175 but have to make smaller goals for myself as i need quicker goal reaching or I give up!!! I lost my last lbs in Feb of this year and have blown it since then. I knew the lbs were coming and they have showed up this week, ahhhh.
Anyways, I find that under 1500 cals works for me to lose about 5 lbs a month. With lots of water. I am terrible with the excersize, especially with the heat (100 heat index here!) but will work on getting something at least 3 times a week. I'm not posting yesterdays food, will be starting tomorrow, just want to introduce myself!
