Okay, where is everyone? Daisy? HotMamma? Everyone....I bet because of the summer, everyone has stuff to do except me...I'm here. LOL.
I weighed 129.6 this morning. Too much salt last night with the sausage.

Maybe too much coffee? Too much caffeine can do that to me, if I don't eat anything with it, plus my blood pressure goes through the roof if I drink too much. I have been drinking Morning Spark and that has nearly twice the caffeine as coffee...I've been really bad but I'm SO addicted..
I missed you and worried so take care of yourself! I bet if you had a turkey sandwich, it would slow you down. All the triptiphan in that stuff relaxed the HECK out of me.

Now: 158.8 .... this time last year I was 133 lbs.. can't wear any of the pretty summer clothes I wore last summer.... so bummed-out.... no one struggles like I do, I'm convinced! I've got issues.

Everyone struggles, but most of them hide it and don't admit to it. I struggle because I know I'm lazy and I could get back into a couple pairs of jeans that the waist is too small but I don't want to do the exercises to make my waist smaller...pure lazy.
Do alittle at a time and change a little at a time and that will have you in those pretty summer clothes.

I haven't been here in a while, which may be part of my problem but I am struggling too-- it is definitely not just you. Is why I came back and am trying to get back on track.. I have those cute summer dresses from last year I just can't wear now and that pair of jeans I loved..
I've regained about 20 pounds but I had never quite reached my goal so I have a daunting amount to go it seems (though when I think back to the 102 I lost 35 shouldn't seem so hard).
I've tried to get back on track even more with eating and protein-- though I need to write it all down I think. And --here's the frustrating part-- I've been really good at going to the gym the past 10 days or so, cardio and resistance weights and all that, and yet I've fluctuated around the same weight for these two weeks--literally this morning I weighed what I did exactly before I got back in the gym regularly.
Am very bummed out and definitely feel like Ive got issues too..so if nothing else (now that I'm through whining :)) you are definitely not alone.
