Well, the weekend is here. I couldn't wait to get home and get to work. Then I pooped out. I trimmed a few trees but need a saw and was getting hungry so, I flaked..sigh..So I stopped. I think I'll do some house cleaning and laundry cuz the sun is almost down and there's no working outside when it's dark..snakes you know.

List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
8:35 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc roasted turkey deli meat, 1 pc SF chocolate
9:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:30 am 2 oz shrimp ceviche (didn't like it, tossed it), 1/2 cup cucumber salad, 1 pc SF Chocolate
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated
1:00 pm 4 oz cooked shrimp, 1 oz ****tail sauce and 4 large strawberries
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach Tea
3:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg,  1 medium nectarine
4:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated (so I could stay awake...boring the last hour of work!)

6:15 pm 4 oz ribeye steak, cooked medium rare, 4 croutons from my salad, 1 T ranch dressing and 11 (count em 11) medium onion rings. I'm stuffed and I'm tired but I'm still awake so, here I sit.

Totals for the day: 
Calories: 1647
Fat: 61.9
Carbs: 135.7
Protein: 146.5

Not too bad. Before dinner, I knew I needed more carbs and those onion rings sure looked great. I could have eaten more of that salad..As it is, I ate too much and still had to bring most of it home.

Are you serious about the snakes? I am not sure what scares me the most mice or snakes; yikes!!!
I ate way too much today and will have a do over tomorrow! Potluck got to me even thought I planned ahead, but as i frequently say I could of done alot worse!
0900-scrambled egg beaters with a skinny cow in the microwave at work- not too good but was worth a try, saw it on the Hungry Girl site
1130-1300-1/2 a hot dog, no bun, 1 deviled egg, watermelon,1/4 C pasta salad, 4 big strawberries and whip cream and 1/2 cookie with frosting
1430-fiber one bar
1630-1/2 C pasta salad- bad choice there was watermelon and strawberries I could of had instead
1945-teriyaki chicken and salad with 1/4 c rice and a fortune cookie
2100-NSA eskimo pie on a stick
All my water, vitamins, calcium  and iron. I ran with my husband for 30 minutes. We ran outside and he had to stay with me as he was not familiar with the route. If we run inside he always leaves me in the dust and just listens to his Ipod. I enjoyed this much more! Busy weekend for us. I have a group run in the morning, then a two hour zumbathon and then Sunday my daughter and I are being baptized together and of course it is fathers day as well. I am off to shower and get some sleep.Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Well, we live in the most rural part of the desert and there are snakes. We have Mojave Green rattlesnakes but if we gather up gopher snakes and snakes like that, the fact that the harmless snakes are around, keeps the poisonous ones away. We even had gopher snakes as pets for a while. They're basically tame up to when they get over 4 feet long...cuddly little buggers. LOL.

I made faux tato salad today to take to my sister's barbeque...just something different than potato or pasta salad...But it doesn't matter so long as you work off all those and you sure did!

I pecked on some chicken. Got in all my liquids. Down 2lbs. this morning. I was scared to look at the scales. I knew it would be bad. When I don't feel good I can lose as much as a couple pounds. I'm sorry you weren't feeling well. Keep trying, it will get better.

Hey Girls

Feels good to be Saturday, already out of control on my carbs today, just having a pick-pick fest of junky food - eating simple carbs just sets me off to keep craving them all day + "aunt flo" is in and my body just calls for junk @ "that time"...Been running errands and doing chores all day up 'til now...Friday's food was pretty good, another day I could have had more protein...

Fridays food:

B - sf nf venti cinnamon dulce latte

S - protein coffee & a lemon creme horn

S - 1 tsp pb out of the jar

L - 1 serving Bojangles buffalo chicken bites w/ honey mustard dip, 1/2 a cucumber and 2 sf
        bread-n-butter pickles

S - 5 espresso beans ( needed energy boost )

S - coffee with carb countdown and 1 sf nougienuttie chew

D - 2 hot wings, 1/4 of a cheeseburger no bun, 1/2 an irish soda muffin with butter and 1 french
       fry

S - small palm of homemade trail mix

Water / crystal lite 102 oz                          Cals - 1280     Fat - 67     NetCarbs - 85     Protein - 82

See ya'll tomorrow, got steak on the menu for Fathers Day and the weather is looking good to grill...

I love espresso beans. dark chocolate covered espresso beans...When I can spare the carbs and the calories, I go for them..Most days I care about those things (carbs/calories) but there are days when it doesn't matter if I'm sitting at 1800 calories before dinner...I wanna, I hafta, I'm gonna...have onion rings.

Today? Meh, onion rings.

Your list looks pretty good. did okay on the water too. Father's Day only comes once a year. DH says Mother's Day is every other day. LOL.
