2:20 pm 1 medium apple
3:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Peach
6:15 pm 4 oz T-Bone steak, 1/3 cup canned corn, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes from dry
Dessert: SF Wafer cookies, 1 serving.
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1638
Fat: 64.2
Carbs: 143.2
Protein: 132.4
Not bad. Alittle high on the carbs but they were good carbs for the most part (not the cookies but worth it).
Now, shower and television and off to bed. I'm tired.
ETA: I thought I'd have a small snack before bed but I found I could NOT stop. sf chocolate, sf cookies, 100 calorie pack...then I hit the reduced sugar frosting...EGADS! I felt so out of control for a minute, and confused. Where did this come from? Well, I figured it out. TOM is on it's way and it's gonna be a harsh one..sigh...lovely. Maybe that was the whole of it, Monday night..Be aware, when you time of the month calls and you answer with a vengence...you could put on some weight. ..

Your list is always good. My problem is that I want something after I'm done posting. I usually have 100 calorie pack but last night...yikes. TOM I'm sure..I couldn't stop shoving stuff in my mouth!
Great list and great numbers. Keep up the good work. See ya.

I have both celery sticks and carrot sticks in the fridge too...I also have the sugar free jello but not in cups. I could make the whole recipe and just package it in 1/2 cup servings...hmm. Got me thinking!

Most weekdays I have two mini lunches. One before 11:30 and the other after 12:30..The hour between 11:30 and 12:30 is my lunch break and I don't eat during that. I'm stubborn that way. But you're right, 10:00 is sort of early for that but I was already pretty much ahead on the water. Most days I want to eat my first lunch about 11 am. On the weekends it's two breakfasts and during the week, it's two lunches, mostly.
I'm a bit conflicted on meals and sizes and how often to eat. Most doctors say three meals, no snacks but my pouch isn't big enough for that and I don't want it big enough for that. I want six small meals...
Your numbers look really good. Yeah, the carbs can really cause some noxious stuff. I have to watch that cuz I work in an open office..they'd call the toxic squad if I had a protein bar! LOL.
Keep up the good work. See ya

Hey Dawn,
Just saw you ETA remark...Can really empathize with the coming of "TOM" and the cravings, that is the one time of the month I've always had a hard time controling, even during my active loosing stages...Usually see about a 3 lb regain during "TOM" but it come right back off within a few days of giving up the extra's...
Hold on, you're doing a great job holding your own with the numbers...

I had no clue that was going to be the issue and after stuffing my mouth full with so much crap, I finally realized that could be it. Sure enough..this morning TOM showed up. Damn him! But at least I splurged with sugar free and reduced sugar stuff. I'm sure if I put it all into fitday, it would have been 2000 calories...When I figured out what it was, I put the brakes on but I sure hated that out of control feeling..
