Well, we'll see how I do tonight. I'm done eating. I promise to have a cup of tea rather than pig out again..we'll see if I can keep that promise.

List for today:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:15 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 4 large strawberries
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living, Tropical
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 oz roasted turkey breast deli meat
9:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry
10:50 am 4 oz imitation crab meat, 1/2 pita pocket, 1T mayo, 1/2 slice provolone
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
1:40 pm 4 oz imitation crab meat, 1/2 pita pocket, 1/2 slice provolone, 1T Ranch dressing
3:00 pm 12 oz Drink  Mix, Fruit Punch
4:00 pm 1/2 cup faux-tato salad with hamish bits, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange Caffeinated

6:30 pm 4 oz pork chop, 1/3 serving of dehydrated refried beans. one serving is 1/2 cup. I had a couple bites. Really full. 1 pc SF Russell Stover Peanut Butter cup..that's a half a serving.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1700
Fat: 74.2
Carbs: 147.3
Protein: 121.7

That's keeping my protein under 30%..Got ALL my water and ALL my vitamins. I'm done for the day. We'll see if I can stay done.

Hello Dawn.
I had a pretty good day. Work was busy as heck today.

Early: Protein Shake

B: Boiled egg & WW  Yogurt

S: Apple & 1 oz RF Cheddar cheese

L: Roast Beef Sammy on light wheat w/ cheese, lettuce and ff mayo

S: 100 calorie pack of almonds

D: Smart Ones & 1/2 C. leftover collard greens

S: Carb/Sugar control yogurt & 4 strawberries

Calorie ... 1088
Fat ... 39.4
Carbs ... 94.1
Protein ... 97.7

Totals are a little lower than I expected but eating went as planned so I'm satisfied!

Great list. Really great numbers too. Wonderful! When things are busy it's easy to stay away from large amounts of foods..it's either that or sleeping. Today I was sleeping and didn't hit the mark on anything!

I hope I am done for the day; tea sounds good. I can only drink decaf so usually have peppermint. I love the smell as much as the taste. I had an unplanned day. I left for work early to get to a 2 hour management meeting and the day nurse did not show up to work so i took her place. I did not even call around to find someone, I will save the hours to use for another day! I did not bring food so had to eat what I could find since I could not leave, someone did bring me lunch later though or it would of been worse! I foraged and ate leftovers from Fridays potluck
0800-left over tuna salad and not much of it, strawberries
1030-hotdog w ketchup and part of a bun with it, few old raspberries, string cheese
1300-1/2 of an inside of a burrito pinto beans, chicken and cheese
1530- other half of inside of burito
1630-cookie
1830-turkey slice, 1/4 cup mashed taters and steamed brocoli 1930 few bites of cake(bought a single slice for DD last day of school)
Worked all day on the phones, rushed to the store as I was supposed to deliver dinner to a family at our church( mom has a bad back and dad laid off and three kids), made dinner , baked cookies and then drove it over to them, came home ate my dinner and now because of the cake bites I feel horrible. I will have some tea and go to bed. No exercise, most of my water. need my calcium before bed.

At least you had food to forage from...if I don't have food with me, the vending machine is the only source and that's not working for me at all. I keep beef jerky in my desk just for that reason..I can slip pieces of it without drawing attention..

Was so scared the meds wouldn't work and I was really crazy that I didn't eat all day. I did get in all my liquids. It was hot outside. I wish I could find sugar free slushs. Does anyone know how to make home made ice cream with no sugar. I know it calls for can milk that is so, so sweet that would kill me. Dump city...I love cherry ice cream. Love all yaw.

When I make ice cream at home I substitute soy milk and plain yogurt. Actually cherry frozen yogurt with soy milk would work..

My favorite is banana because there is so much sugar in banana and I don't need any splenda at all.

And frozen flavor-ice icies..You can get those in sugar free. I think if you can get crushed ice and a blender you can use a crystal light packet and make slushies in a blender.

I think i kicked the booty today, until after dinner :(
2 coffee w splenda and 1/2 n 1/2
oatmeal packet
2 mini burgers (probably about 3 oz ) just meat
1c broccoli w/cheese sc
2oz hummus w/ romaine leafs
chicken crockpotted with tomatos over whole wheat spaghetti, mixed veggies
1/2 c homemade ice cream over 1/2 c raspberries
1 twix

I do need to up protein. Havent had protein powder for years now, may need to get some.

Wooo. Watch that coffee later in the day! Monday after noon I had my allergy shot and then I had coffee about 9 pm as a snack..what a mistake. Up till after midnight with only four hours sleep? No way was I working Tuesday. I've been sleeping all day...so not much food.

chicken crockpoted...sounds interesting. What spices and such? I love new ideas.

You can add protein to just about anything..protein powder or tvp works really good in oatmeal. I also put it in iced coffee (which got me in trouble last night!) and I've also heard that people put protein powder in their ice cream. I dont' do ice cream but frozen yogurt with soy milk and banana and splenda for sweetener..I need to do that again this summer.

Oh, the coffee was in the am, i seldom drink it in the afternoon.
I love the crockpot, that day it was frozen boneless thighs, a can of diced tomatoes, a couple forksfull of sundried tomatoes, a bunch of minced onion(dried) and fresh oregano, basil and sage. I kind of just threw it together. Also, smashed a chicken boullian in with it, dumped some water to cover and cooked all day.

I guess i need to get some powder, I just hate buying those giant tubs because i never use them all. Although, it looks like protein powder has changed since I last bought any.
