I'm so much better this afternoon..The morning didn't start out so good and I had a bit@h of a headache all day. I took tylenol twice today and feeling better started about 3:30...Much better now. Getting moving and getting stuff done. At least I won't have a rotten weekend..

Got a call from our daughter and great news about our grandson being able to spend some time with his dad in Montana. No matter where he's living, I know where it is...Montana is my old stomping grounds. LOL.

Okay, now. List for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1/4 cup TVP fine granule, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
8:45 am 1 hard boiled egg, 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick.
10:20 am 1 medium nectarine
10:50 am 2 oz chicken breast meat, 1/4 cup refried beans, jack cheese, 1 small whole wheat tortilla
11:30 am 10 oz blueberry hot tea with 2 tylenol tablets (for my throbbing headache)
1:00 pm 2 oz chicken breast meat, 1/4 cup refried beans (from dry), jack cheese, 1 small whole wheat tortilla
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
3:00 pm 1 South Beach Living Crisp Meal Replacement Bar
3:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Tropical
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wild Strawberry

6:00 pm 4 oz tilapia grilled with lime juice and cilantro..and a half cup of broccoli cooked from frozen.

Totals for the day:

Calories: 1662
Fat: 45.3
Carbs: 171.8
Protein: 155.1

I was sure I was going to top out at 2000 calories again today. dh said he got out chicken but it turned out to be tilapia..hard for guys to tell...but 4 oz of tilapia is 145 calories and just about 30 grams of protein...It saved my life after the sobe meal bar this afternoon..

Good evening, ladies! I hope everyone is having a good day. My day has been typical. I spent the morning cleaning and packing then work at 3.

My good eats..

Breakfast: 
Protein shake & Boiled egg

Snack: 
South Beach Diet Cereal Protein bar

Lunch: 
Smart Ones Quesadillia w/ 2 tbsp of salsa
FF Yogurt

Snack: 
Boiled egg

Dinner: 
2 baked chicken drumsticks
1/2 Cup of Succotash
1/4 Cup of brown rice

Snack: 
3 Strawberries
SF Chocolate pudding

 It's Friday, wooowhoo !

Thursday's food went pretty well, carbs higher than protein which is a bit unusual for me, but OK once in a while...We are celebrating birthday's with a potluck in the office today, then out to dinner to see my SIL off from her visit - I am anticipating being over my target calorie totals, but will strive to make the best protein choices available and not overdo on the carb choices...

Now on to the food:

B - choc and pb protein shake

L - Starbucks venti sf nf choc almond roca mocciato and a lemon creme horn

S - coffee with carb countdown

S - small palm of homemade trailmix

D - 4oz grilled tandori chicken breast, 3/4 of a serv of stuffed potato & 1/2 c cucumber with
        ranch dip

S - couple bites of starbucks icecream

Water / crystal lite  128 oz                     Cals - 1299     Fat - 52     NetCarbs - 108     Protein - 96

I'm trying something new with putting my carbs a bit higher than my protein and trying to keep the protein lower...funny thing is, the protein habit is really developed and I love protein now. LOL.

Carbs are good and we need them so I figure as long as they're good carbs and not bread and such...I'm good. Once in a while it's okay to carb out, I figure, even on bad carbs. The other day when I knew I needed to nap and couldn't let myself do it..I had to carb out..LOL.

Today is my baby's Birthday. She is the big 18. I got her a cake and a friend of mine baked her one and brought over. I bought mine. Not much of a cake baker. Well hell everytime I turned around someone was feeding me cake. I am the queen of dumpers. I think of sugar I dump. My Daughter begger me to eat some with her. And you know I couldn't say no. So she got me some. We ate cake and I gave her a card with $100.00 bucks in it. She had the best birthday. And then she took off to the beach with one of her friends and their family. Then they went to the mountains. They love camping. I wanted to go so,so bad but nobody ask me. I sit home alone. I will not be able to go on vacation this year. I have not been in a long time. I know it has been over about 10 years. I love the beach more than anywhere. I have never been skinny. I wonder how it would be to put on a pair of short pants. I ware long pants at the beach. I know I look old and have wrinkles all over my ass but I want to go and put on some shorts. I have a tiny,tiny bikini but don't know if I would have the guts to ware it at the beach. I do out in my back yard where nobody can see me. I look good from the top up. lol the bottom not so good. Oh well I guess I will never be happy with my looks. But I am not going to let anorexia kick my ass. I will win this one. Fu@k you anna  rexia.

You know, all you have to say if you want to go is "do you think I could go too?" and I think she'd have totally LOVED to have you go...It's not like you have SO much to do there...LOL. It's funny how we put limits on ourselves. I know what you mean. I want so bad for someone to invite me but why not ask for an invite!?

I look good from the top up too..LOL. I guess after losing all that weight the lose skin ends up down there..But so long as it pulls the wrinkles out of my face, I'm cool with it. LOL.

You don't have to wear a bathing suit at the beach but shorts are good. I hate getting my pant legs wet and when I see the waves, I just have to walk in it. When we want to go to the beach we have SO many choices. Ventura has the best place to walk along the harbor..Zuma, Pismo..all those beaches. But..camping AND beaches is the BEST. Pismo we take the tent and the ATCs and the four wheel drive and go there. Camp in the dunes and go down to the beach all day long..after two days of that, you're fried and so tired.
