Accountability - Sunday
This weekend is just about over..Today was slow and restful. On purpose.
List for the day:
B: oatmeal, tvp, soy milk, applesauce (three cups of coffee w/ NSA Swiss Miss)
2B: 2 fried eggs, 1/2 cup cottage cheese
L: 3 oz fried chicken breast
D: 5 oz bass fillets (on the George Foreman) and 1/4 cup mashed potatoes
Dessert: 2 peices of sugar free candy (strawberry filling, yum)
I know I'm going to have another snack so I'm about 110 short but...Iwon't be.

Why cant the week go by as fast as the weekend does? I cant believe it's over! My sunday was good. After church, we washed our cars, cooked dinner and just hung out around the house.
B: 2 Sausage patties, 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese, 1 slice of wheat toast
S: 1 slice of zuchinni bread
L: Garden salad w/ boiled egg, ham, cheese and ff italian
D: Baked pork chop, 1/4 C. brown rice , 1/2 an ear of corn on the cob, 2 steamed broccoli spears

Protein.. 83.1
Low protein numbers. I guess from no protein snacks like I usually have. Back on track, Monday.. right???
You had a great day! What a great list and good numbers..Those protein snacks can really make a difference in the protein numbers. I'm finding that myself.
