Well, this is the last day of my week, this week. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. Shopping and then to Moorpark for a firework show and barbeque with friends. Gosh the day went really slow...It always does when I want to go home early. LOL.
List for the day:
5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/3 cup instant oatmeal, 1 scoop EAS Soy Protein, 1 cup Plain Soy Milk, 1 tsp espresso powder,
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Berry Lemonade
8:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 oz ham sliced
9:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
10:00 am 1/2 cup ground beef taco meat, 1 medium flour tortilla, 1 oz jack cheese
10:45 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
12:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg
1:30 pm 1/2 tri-o-plex brownie
2:15 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Caffeinated
3:30 pm 1 medium orange
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade
6:00 pm 4 oz chicken breast, grilled and 1/2 cup canned corn
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1435
Fat: 48.5
Carbs: 137.1
Protein: 119.9
Now my carbs are alittle high but for the most part, they're good carbs. 19 of those were from the Tri-O-Plex brownie..which wasn't a brilliant choice but it did have lots of protein and it really did hit the spot..And that's all that really matters, I figure. Life without chocolate? Never! LOL. Sugar free of course.

I am just getting home from work; couldn't fill an ill call so had to stay until 9PM; I only got there at 0700!

1830-chicken breast and mashed potatoes'
2100-mcdonalds small vanilla cone-3/4 for me 1/4 for the dog
No exercise only got in my multi vits have to decide now between ironand calcium before bed. actually it will be calcium since I just had some dairy; darn it I need the iron more. All my water but no exercise. I am going to read the paper and go to bed!

I have to think that working 14 hours has to count for SOME exercise...Yikes that's horrible..but, like all of us, you do what you have to do..I don't think "I can't" is in our vocabulary!

My vacation started yesterday and i've been super busy. I'm getting ready for the family reunion in Tennessee, getting my daughter ready for camp and i'm moving.
my eating has been way off. Too dang tired to put any effort into it, really.
