what is with the sugar thing?
I also do not dump on sugar. I rarely dump on anything.

Occationally, I will get a sick nausiating feeling when I eat "the wrong" things, but for the most of the time I do just fine eating anything..... I reallly wish that I could dump the way others do... I wish that I could "just say NO" the way others do.... I feel so out of control at times. Gotta find a way to get back into control of my eating!

Matthew 6:33
Seek ye first the kingdom of God
And it's not the way the surgery was done, alot of people tolerate certain foods better than others. I don't get as full as fast as I used to, but if I work at it, I can still feel the food hit my stomach and I know, if I pay attention that I'll be full after 3 or 4 more bites. But the sugar is a big thing with me too and I don't know how to curb it. I have done the Pouch Test 3 or 4 times now and I get thru the week, get myself off carbs and fall off the wagon, when I know darn well if I'd just keep it up, I'd lose the 30 pounds I've gained after nearly 8 years out.
. So I need a kick in the patoot to inspire me, I know what I need to do, I just don't do it. When they say it's easy to cheat this surgery, they are so right. You really have to have the mindset that your lifestyle has to change and you have to follow the plan or what's the purpose of even getting the surgery. I think I'm the laziest creature on earth sometimes, I eat in a lazy way, I don't excercise as much as I should. How easy it is to get complacent in habits that come back to haunt you.
