Not a bad day actually. I got my lab results back and my levels are wonderful...Lucky, I guess. LOL. I'm happy with my iron levels (higher than they were a year ago) and my cholesterol is better too.

MY list for the day:

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1 cup plain soy milk, 1/4 cup fine granule tvp, 1/2 cup apple sauce, 1/3 cup quick oats
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Strawberry
8:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 medium nectarine
10:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
10:55 am 5 oz tuna packed in water, 1 oz zesty low cal italian dressing, 8 whole grain crackers
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Orange
1:15 pm 1 medium orange
1:30 pm 4 oz chicken breast meat, 1 T Kraft Ranch dressing
2:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz DRink Mix, Mixed Berry

6:15 pm 5 oz buffalo burger, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 1 T Thousand Island Dressing

Future dessert: Sugar Free TastyKake...1 package. I had plenty of room and I'm celebrating my lab success.

We're probably driving to Ventura tomorrow to enjoy the beach and harbor. Sunday we'll do our shopping and Monday (yup, I'm taking Monday off because I need it mentally!) we're going to that movie we've been waffling on for weeks. LOL.

Good morning, Dawn.
Friday was a crazy day at work. I work on the Trauma unit but yesterday it seemed like it was the mental ward. My eating was just as crazy. I had one of them days that I let food take over my entire day. I ate my planned breakfast and dinner but the rest of my food was not planned at all!! 

The damage...

Breakfast: 
3 strips of turkey bacon
1 pack of instant grits w/ cheese

Snack: (meeting at work)
Handful of grapes
3 cheese cubes
1 shortbread cookie

Lunch: ( It was my managers bday so we ordered pizza and wings)
1 slice of thin crust sausage and cheese pizza
1 hot wing dipped in ranch

Snack:
1 serving of BBQ pork skins

Dinner:
Smart Ones frozen dinner

Snack:
Fun size pack of plain M&M's .. looking for something in my kitchen drawer and found calories.. lucky me huh? LOL

The results of my damage..

Protein:  92.4

I usually splurge a little on Saturdays but I really don't' need to after yesterdays eating!
Well, my daughter went out of town to Tenn with my parents to visit my grandma so this weekend I'm free to do whatever I want! I'm getting ready to go eat breakfast then go to the farmers market for fruit and vegetables. The rest of the day is up in the air at this point.

OMG...Bout gave me a coronary looking at those numbers. LOL. One day isn't going to sink your yacht..Isn't it funny how those numbers get so high when it doesn't look like that much food? Some things just have more calories than taste, in my opinion.

no beach for us this weekend.. We decided since our son is here with his friend, we'll stick close to home. We heard that a neighbor up the road had a break in...So we're hanging around here more than normal.
