Accountability=Sunday
Alright...no snacking today. None, nada, zilch...but I did really low on the calories. Here's how the dad didn't shape up.
B (late): 3 egg omelet with ortega chilis and cheddar cheese (probably processed) and a bite or two of cottage cheese
L: nothing. No lunch. Not hungry
D: 4 oz salmon, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes, 1/3 cup broccoli cooked
Dessert: 1 chef jays chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies (2 each)
Here are my sad totals:
Calories: 909
Fat: 49.4
Carbs: 49.8
Protein: 72.0
Hopefully this next week will progress some in the area of snacking..I kept my carbs in control but it was at the expense of calories. Whatever it takes, I guess.

I did better than yesterday which is good since it was a rest day! Just got back from the housewarming BBQ.

D-probably a skinny cow before bed
Not enough water but all right on the rest. Busy week ahead!

see, where you are peaches are a natural...here it's oranges but we have to "import" our peaches from somewhere else...we do have peaches here but I bet they are NOTHING compared to the ones you get there with Georgia so close! I think I'm gonna start calling the kind of day I had on Sunday "Amy Days" cuz my list looked like yours! Mostly just coffee with alittle actual food kicked in there. I'm trying to add some food today but the pouch just is schrivelled up and doesn't want anything...

Actually, I was having a mental day and just didn't eat at all. The only thing I could force myself to eat was protein until the end of the day and that's where the chef jay's cookies came in...still, not much in the way of carbs. Most everything made me feel alittle nauseous...Not sure why but hopefully it will go away. I'm taking Monday really slow. We'll see what happens.

Hello Dawn.
I had a nice relaxing weekend. I took a couple long naps, a couple long walks and had to organize myself. My first week of school had me stressed the heck out. I'm working on getting a routine down this week with my eating and just life.
Saturday:
B: 1/2 cup of corned beef hash & 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ cheese on top
L: Small McDonalds cheeseburger & Side salad w/ FF Italian dressing
S: 1 1/2 oz of Beef jerky
D: 5 hot wings & few celery sticks w/ Light ranch
S: 2 slices of ham rolled up w/ a lil mustard
Sunday:
B: 1/2 cup of grits, 1 med boiled egg & 2 strips of bacon
S: 2 slices of ham & 1 oz of RF cheddar cheese
L: 1/2 Cup of whole wheat speghetti n meatballs, 2 meatballs only & small garden salad
D: 1 BBQ chicken leg, 1/4 cup of vegetable fried brown rice & 1/2 c. pinto beans
S: 2 slices of ham & 1 oz RF cheddar cheese
