Accountability - Wednesday
I think I'm still tired from the weekend. I got to bed early last night but still had trouble getting up to speed today! I'm trying to cut back on the caffeine until my shipment comes from direct foods. I ordered THREE cases of the Morning Spark Grapefruit and I'm down to my last packet...gotta save it for emergencies (lol). Good thing I got notification today that the delivery is scheduled for the 14th! I may go through withdrawls!

5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 cup quick oat meal, 1/4 cup tvp, 1 cup soy milk, 2 Tb SF DaVinci Raspberry Syrup (this was really tastey. I'm thinking I need more flavors now)
7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
9:45 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, So Be Living Strawberry Banana
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated
12:10 pm 1/4 lb burger patty, wrapped in lettuce, w/tomato, onions, pickles and thousand island dressing (yum!)
1:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Light Cool Raspberry
3:30 pm 1 reduced sugar cupcake chocolate (yum..I can handle the carbs, my numbers are low at this point!)
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Cranberry Apple
6:30 pm 4 oz tilapia, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/8 cup green beans from canned

Today was a nice day. The weather here is perfect! I wi**** could stay like this.
My good eats..
B: 3 strips of turkey bacon & 1 slice of light wheat toast w/ spay butter
S: 3 strips of turkey bacon and 1 slice of cheese
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
S: Light yogart
D: 3 oz grilled pork chop w/ hot sauce & 1/2 Cup of cabbage
S: Boiled egg w/ hot sauce
The days are cooling off and feel sort of crisp to me..I'm thinking about fall and winter now in a real way. I even did most of my Christmas shopping already for my husband and son...we're having a smaller than normal christmas. No big ticket items...my son never wants anything for Christmas so ... that saves me money.
Hmm. boiled egg with hot sauce...I've been sprinkling salt. Maybe that could be a change I can manage...thanks.

Most of my carbs were veggie carbs. But I did have one piece of caramel candy. That did me in I guess.
Calories 1475. Walked 3 miles today at a fairly brisk pace!

I don't pay much attention to the fat because I need it for my skin and for bowel health...at least that's my belief...alot of times when you up the protein and nothing else, you run the risk of not getting enough carbs (fiber) to bind things up and fat to slide things along...
Now I see a big sodium number. I'm wondering where mine hits sometimes...hmm. I know salt will make me retain water and I can gain as much as 2 pounds after a night with salty chips (not to mention the carbs!) With the walking, the higher carb number isn't a bad thing..

The week is almost over;yeah! I could of done better as usual.
0730-protein drink

1900-baked chicken creamed lowfat spinach and 1/4 c brown rice
2030-sf ff banana pudding w reddi whip
An hour of zumba after that afternoon snacks oc cheetos and brownie. Not a good idea i was a little shaky. I meant to eat a cheese stick on the way there and forogt it. All my water and such. I am working from home this morning but going in later. I am going for a run with dh since I have a work event to go to after work; with wine and snacks!

A half a brownie? FOR SHAME. J/K...I figure an hour of zumba is enough pennance..and the running..wine and snacks, no problem.

October 21st! 13 days, I am not freaking out yet; that will be next week!
I am already dreading the no exercise thing. I asked when I could get back to running and they said as soon as I could walk comfortably to try it.
I need to tidy up a few things at work and reassign projects and I am working on home room by room. My DH will help me this weekend to finish the upstairs. It is one thing to see a messy house when you are going here and there all the time but to be stuck looking at it for hours and days on end is another story!
