Accountability - Wednesday
Talk about carb craving! Today I wanted to eat the paint off the WALLS! It was all I could do to keep my whole lunch bag uneaten before my actual lunch. I'd have had the whole thing gone in an hour. What is up with that? I think it's the stress or something but it's horrible. It started before I even left for work. I was done with those pancakes and still looking around for more. I can't eat more than three of those pancakes!! I know that. So I thought the herb tea would work but NO...sigh. It's gonna be a long week, I think.
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 3 protein pancakes with sugar free syrup and butter buds (half serving)
7:00 am 22 oz Cranberry Apple herb tea
8:30 am 1 oz jack cheese, 4 oz Dannon Light n Fit yogurt, 1T Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, 4 whole grain crackers
9:40 am 1/2 cup non-fat cottage cheese with a half packet of splenda
10:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Living Strawberry Banana
11:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
12:00 pm 1/4 lb burger wrapped in lettuce with tomato, pickle, onion and thousand island dressing
1:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Wyler's Light Cool Raspberry
2:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
3:30 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw (peeled and eaten)
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Orange
6:00 pm En-cor Frozen BBQ Rib patty, 1 sandwich thin with 1 oz colby cheese
Totals for the day:

Fat: 86.3
Carbs: 107.7
Protein: 113.0
I guess I didn't do too bad..I put on the brakes with ice water...I had no idea.

I have them days where I want to eat everything!!! I hate it. I feel so out of control.
Today was a good day for me.
B: Smart Ones ham, egg and cheese egg mcmuffin
S: 12 oz chocolate calorie countdown milk
L: Lean Cuisine frozen dinner
S: Light Yogurt
D: 1 Cup of chili w/ cheese
S: String cheese X 2
Your lists always look so yummy...I'm home all next week and I think a big pot of chili is in order...yup, I think that's what I'll do come Monday morning!
