Accountability - Monday
You know how hard it is to get back into drinking water when you've screwed it up for a week? This day was harder than it needed to be!
5:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:30 am 1/3 quick oats, 1/4 cup fine granule TVP, 1 cup plain soy milk, buttter buds and splenda
7:00 am 22 oz herb tea, vanilla
8:30 am 1 mozzarella cheese stick
9:45 am 1 medium grapefruit
10:30 am 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
11:00 am 4 oz turkey dark meat, 1/3 cup sweet potato casserole, 1/3 cup green bean casserole
12:00 pm 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
12:45 pm 12 oz Drink Mix, Fruit Punch
2:00 pm 8 whole grain crackers, 1 T reduced fat peanut butter
2:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry
4:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry (whew! caught up!)
6:30 pm 2 patties chicken parmigiana with 1/3 cup cooked white rice..I ate this all in two stages, actually but I did get it all in.
I could have a cup of tea later but I sure won't have that NSA Lemon Merangue pie! That stuff made me SO sick last night before I went to sleep. I actually got sick to my stomach...And I wasn't accountable about it either although I had plenty of room for that 290 calories. Tomorrow that pie goes straight to work and someone else gets to eat it...then I'll throw out what's left tomorrow afternoon...I PROMISE.

I'm up 2 lbs from all the holiday carbs so I had to get back on track today!

D: 1/2 serving of wheat pasta, NSA sphgetti sauce, ground turkey, bell peppers, onions

Sort of...I have a lunch bag that I take to work and pack in the mornings so that I have more than enough to eat in there and don't have to head to the vending machines..
I measure it out in the morning so I know exactly what I'm eating.
Today I have sugar free chocolate pudding (single portion), Dannon Light n Fit yogurt (4 oz), an orange, a half cup of cottage cheese(measured out)...I may eat some of it and then I may eat all of it...But at least I don't have to head for a candy bar (which would make me sick). The same yogurt and pudding came with me yesterday but I didn't touch it..
I have other things in my overhead at work. beef Jerky, swiss miss (no sugar added) a couple cans of tuna, a can of beef soup, some whole grain crackers and reduced fat peanut butter..Ice tea mix with no sugar, decaf instant coffee, a pouch of protein powder (single serving) and a can of iced coffee..and a bunch of crystal lite like packets..the girls at work think I have enough for a natural disaster...LOL.
To journal, I send myself emails (because I have desk job) and put the times when I start drinking the drinks and end eating the snacks in there. I use fitday.com to figure out the numbers and totals at the end of the day..And I send myself the continuous email at the end of the day when I'm headed home so that all I have to do is cut and paste it to the thread...it takes a minute to do that...
