Accountability Wednesday

I haven't seen Dawn online line all day so I'm stepping in and getting this post started. My day is not complete til I check in here and be accountable. So, come share what you ate today.. the good, the bad and the ugly! 

My good and bad eats...


B: 2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese & 3 strips of turkey bacon

S: Light Yogurt

S: 3 chocolate covered pretzels

L: 1/2 a healthy choice dinner ( this was the worst frozen dinner I have ever had)

S: celery sticks w/ light ranch

D: 1/2 a ham and cheese sandwich & 1 cup of veggie soup

S: Protein hot chocolate

That's it for me. How did YOU do???

PS: I just found out that I have to have a iron transfusion on Friday. I'm a lil freaked out by this but my doc insured me that it isn't that bad. Has anyone here had one? How was your experiance??

What a knucklehead I am! Thursday isn't even started and I'm calling Wednesday THURSDAY..

I have been waxing nostalgic regarding Christmas this week. Thinking about Christmases past and the best of the best...It's nice to share those memories! And think about when we had bad times too...Several years in a row we were dirt poor...  

Eats for Wednesday:  

5:30 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:30 am 1/2 protein pancakes from yesterday...Two large ones...very filling

7:00 am 24 oz Drink Mix, SoBe Tropical Strawberry Banana

8:00 am 10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

9:15 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 oz turkey breast deli meat

9:50 am 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry

10:45 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated

12:00 pm 1 cheese burger wrapped in lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and thousand island dressing

1:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Lemon Berry

3:00 pm 1 medium orange raw

4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch

6:30 pm 1/4 lb teriyaki turkey burger on a sandwich thin, tomato slices, mustard

7:30 pm 1/3 of a protein sugar free chocolate microwave cake (estimated)

I did okay...for someone who doesn't know what day it is..LOL. How did you do? 
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
