Monday Accountability

I keep checking and don't see this posted so I'm stepping in.
I have gained 4.5 lbs from the holiday eating so I had to get back on track yesterday. I feel bloted, fat and like a overstuffed turkey

Monday's food ... the last of the xmas leftovers

B: Protein shake

S: Beef jerky

L: 2 slices of ham & 1/2 cup of collard greens

S: pack of hot n spicy peanuts

D: 2 slices of turkey, 1/4 cup of dressing & 1/4 cup of steamed cabbage

S: Light Yogurt

How did YOU do?? Come be accountable with me. I don't know if anyone got off track over the holidays but I sure did. I craved something sweet all day yesterday because I was use to eating all the baked goodies my mom makes. I didn't give in!!

I am afraid to get on the scale! I am going in for my yearly on Thursday so I will see it then! I did not resist the last of the holiday cookies but they are gone now I ttok thenm to work and they were gone in 10 minutes!
B-RF tirkey bacon sandwich from starbucks
S- 1/2 turkey sandwich on wheat
L-spaghetti sauce with meat over steamed brocoli-
S-2 cookies a few hours apart
D-salad, teriyaki chicken 1/4 cup rice and 2 gyoza
S-1 serving crackers and sf hot chocolate w 1 regular size marshmallow
All my water and vitamons no exercise!

Thanks again for stepping up! I totally flaked on Monday!

It started out good:

B: protein pancakes - the whole serving.

L: a chicken taco that turned into two of them

Snack: 4 oz shrimp with ****tail sauce

D: 1 chicken enchilada..maybe a bite of refried beans - and a margarita

Totals for Monday:

Calories: 1196
Fat: 40.4
Carbs: 96.6
Protein: 96.9

Just barely more protein than carbs...but not bad. much salt and not enough water but I had all my vitamins..which was good.

You did good! No sweets and that's what you needed..Good job! See ya. I had a high cal day on Tuesday but it evens out...See ya
