Goodness it was hard to eat my count today.
Feeling muuuch better today - had all my vits first thing this morning.

My weekend was ok. Saturday morning I got some bad news that my best frined passed away. So unexpected! 

Saturday:


Breakfast: 2 medium boiled eggs

Lunch: 1 slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pizza

Dinner: 1 slice of thin crust ham and pineapple pizza

Snack: Protein shake


Sunday:

Breakfast: 1/2 cup of hash browns, 2 strips of turkey bacon

Snack: Boiled egg

Lunch: Small chili from wendys

Dinner: Frog more stew.. mussels, shrimp, snow crab legs, corn on the cob, sausage and small red potatoes. ( a little bit of each). So good!

Sunday was a high protein day! And a late one as we had a barbeque with friends and didn't get done until 9 pm...now, that's REALLY late for us!

My list includes 4 containers of water and 10 oz decaf coffee so I'm trying...almost there!


B: 1/2 serving of protein waffles (this always gets me zooming)

2B: 4 oz steak, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup home fries, 1 slice whole wheat toast no crust

L: 1/2 serving of protein waffles with reduced fat peanut butter

justification here: my protein is WAY high at this point so...I ate a bunch of cheese puffs..Not sure how much but it was the rest of a mostly eaten bag.

Dinner: 6 oz (before cooking) sandwich thin, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo. and half a wine cooler (before, of course)

Totals won't include the cheese puffs or the wine cooler. So you know it's bad!
