Accountability - Friday
I hate it when we have Staff Meetings on Friday! I have to go over an hour with nothing to eat and I drink so much I wiggle in my chair cuz I have to GO! I've gotten to be such a cry baby!
My eats for Friday:
4:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
5:30 am 1 chocolate protein waffle (made into three sad little pancakes) with reduced fat peanut butter
6:00 am 10 oz coffee w/nsa Swiss Miss
7:00 am 12 oz Drink Mix, GV Fruit Punch
7:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Crystal Light Fruit Punch (much better, actually!)
8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick
8:30 am 10 oz coffee w/ nsa Swiss Miss (meeting time!)
10:30 am 5 oz left over fried chicken nuggets (home made from chicken thighs) eaten cold (too hungry to wait)
11:30 am 24 oz Drink Mix, Morning Spark Grapefruit Caffeinated
1:00 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw
1:45 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, GV Strawberry
2:15 pm 3 small turkey breakfast sausage (1 serving) and 8 wheat thins (half a serving) *There goes my salt intake!
3:00 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Hawaiian Punch Orange
4:30 pm 24 oz Drink Mix, Power Edge Tangerine Strawberry Caffeinated (it may be a LONG night!)
5:45 pm (while waiting for the fish to cook) 4 sugar free wafer cookies
6:00 pm 3 oz pan fried tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes with butter and 1/2 cup canned spinach
Totals for the day:

Carbs: 114.7
Protein: 130.0
Hmmm. I did really good. I'm thinking another half container of water just before bed and I'll be done.

I had an okay day so far anyway! DD is feeling better, not 100 % but a big improvement from earlier in the week.
0900-turkey sausage,scrambled eggs, low carb toast
1145-sf angel food cake and reddi whip
1330-salad from panera;wild salmon mediterranean. Would not order again the dressing was kind of funky and the salmon was served cold. I thought it would be warm.
1500-sandwich thin toasted and laughing cow wedge smeared over it-YUM
1730-taco meat low carb tortilla 2% cheese salsa and lf sour cream
later-not sure maybe a skinny cow
went to costco during the day and it was not crowded; it is nice to be off during the week sometimes! DH will be home Sunday evening;yeah it has been a long week without him.
all my water and such but again no exercise; heavy sigh. Tomorrow I am going for a run and Zumba on Sunday!
Dawn- I am at the Y most Saturday mornings at 0800 to meet my running group; what time does your daughter go? Are you still coming to Port Orchard in April?

I'm so glad your daughter is feeling better. I sure hate it when the babies are sick.
My daughter was probably at the Y this morning sometime. She might have had five kids with her including her twins who are 7 and the baby girl (Chloe) who is 2..Kasey, the oldest wouldn't be with her but Cameron was and he's about 11. Kelly might not be with her either, he's 20...she's definitely got a full van! Six kids from age 20 to 2..
Yes, we're leaving here March 25th, I believe (if I don't get picked for jury duty on the 15th) and driving to Sacramento to pick up the youngest step daughter and her baby to head up there. Possibly be there by Saturday the 27th I think. I have to be back to work on the 5th of April..
It's funny you mention your husband being gone a week. We have friends that the wife has been in Florida since Christmas. I could no more leave my husband behind for three months than grow another head or arm...I think it's ludicrous for anyone to be separated like that for that length of time...so, you and your dh are NORMAL...LOL. Our friends are FREAKS..
You did good, you'll get the exercise worked back into the schedule..that Zumba is HARD WORK...so don't be sore! Keep up the good work. See ya.

Strawberry seems to be a popular flavor of late!? Smucker's makes a sugar free strawberry jam that is to DIE for! If it's Smucker's it has to be good. LOL.
You know, now that I enjoy my food more and have more "feelings" about food, I've found that strawberry is a "happy" flavor for me. It seems alittle weird but the flavor of strawberry makes me feel happy...
