I didn't wake up too well this morning so I took the day off. I'm exausted!

10 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

B: 3/4 of a serving of protein waffles (3 servings, split 4 ways)

24 oz Drink Mix, some flavor
24 oz Drink Mix, I think it was Strawberry

L: 5 oz chicken thigh meat on a bed of lettuce with tomato, 4 asparagus spears and light ranch dressing
 

24 oz Drink Mix, Lemonade I think

D: 4 oz chicken thigh meat on an oroweat sandwich thin with mayo and 1/3 cup potato salad

I'm so sleepy, I'm sure I'll be asleep before 7..My totals:

Fat: 67.2
Carbs: 63.2
Protein: 116.8

I washed three loads of laundry today and just straightened up alittle..Wanted to nap but didn't. I actually made Gazpacho for a competition we're having on Thursday. I'll let you know how it goes. Italian Gazpacho with Roasted Vegetables..Interesting combo..I still need to make the cheesecake but that can wait for tomorrow night.

Hope you get some good rest! Boring day for me; work, home, dishes, dinner, laundry, homework and will go to bed soon.
0800-Premier Protein Drink
1100-1/2 turkey and cheddar sandwich, few strawberries
1400-cottage cheese
1600-sugar snap pease and 100 cal hummus
1830-boca burger w cheddar on bagel thin and sweet potato home oven fries
2100-will be strawberries with splenda and whip cream
Short on water again; this is a new trend I need to break. No exercise but will get a run in tomorrow. I should make some banana bread for DD teacher it is teacher appreciation week, but I am tired; maybe tomorrow.

I feel good but my back is being effected now...I'm not sure if I sneezed so hard that I put my back out or what...I think I'm going to find a massage therapist and get a good rub down..

Your list is really good and really short. My list is usually short when I'm busy too...You did really well!

Hey ladies.
I had some drama in my life and get really sick. I had to take a break from job and life but I'm back now.

Monday's good eats..

B: 2 boiled eggs

S: 100 calorie bag of beef jerky

L: Baked pork chop, 1/2 cup of brown rice & broccoli (cooked together)

S: 3 strawberries, string cheese

D: 2 fried chicken wings, 1/2 cup of brown rice and broccoli

S: NSA ice cream sammy

Wow...I hope everything works itself out..drama is sometimes a fact of life. It happens. I try really hard to stay away from the people for which drama is a WAY of life! My step daughters fall into that category..toxic sometimes. Blah.

Seeing the NSA Ice Cream Sammy: I'm so excited, I picked up a tiny small ice cream maker..you guys will see protein ice cream when I get that thing...I'll report on it.
