Hope yall don't mind me starting again. We're down a laptop at home and it's insane to have a family squabble over a piece of electronic equipment (even if the man child thinks it's what keeps him breathing). I could fix it simply enough but this way I have the power of the remote control as my bargaining chip.  hey a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do.

So here's how today has shaped up.....

Commute: Coffee w/ splenda & 1/2 and 1/2
B: Scrambled eggs w/cheese
s: SF jello
L: Chef Salad
s: sunflower seeds
D: Chicken Salad lettuce wraps ***                     ***  haven't had these items yet
lns: Celery w/ peanut butter ***

I'm sitting here at work, just finished up my lunch about 1/2 hr ago...watching the clock because I have a dentist appt in an hour.  I haven't been in a year...and I don't want to go now!!  I'll blame it on the hubby...we've been going for him and the doc finally cornered me last week and said 'it was time' :-(  Least I won't be eating between now and dinner (it's just a cleaning this time).

So far today and guessing tonight....

7am B  IDS protein (vanilla cream) w/3 fresh strawberries in 1c Silk soy milk

8am-11:30am  4-8oz cups decaf coffee

12:30pm  L  1/2c 2% cottage cheese, 2oz lean sliced ham

1:30pm-4:30pm  atleast 2-20oz Sobe flavored water

5:30pm?  fish or chicken I imagine w/ green string beans.

I'll fill in the rest later tonight after I get dinner in and maybe a SF snack...we'll see

This week seems to be dragging..I think it's cuz I'm looking forward to next week so much. I just realized that Haley will be two years old when she comes to see us..her birthday! So of course, gramma has tons of excuses to spend money on her..I'm so spoiling that child..but that's what gramma's do!  

5:15 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  

5:30 am 1/4 serving protein waffles, 4 large strawberries, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup  

6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk (4 oz)  

7:00 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut  

8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese stick, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat  

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush  

10:00 am 1 small tangerine  

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Wyler's Peach Tea  

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with low fat milk  

12:45 pm 4 chicken breast (baked) 2 oz scalloped potatoes, 1/2 cup canned carrots  

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Peach (Caffeinated)  

2:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg  

3:30 pm 6 oz low fat blueberry yogurt  

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush  

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Pomegranate Lemonade  

6:00 pm 4 oz pot roast (crock pot strikes again!) with potatoes, carrots

Not bad at all..I could do much worse!
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I worked from home today; gotta love that!
0800-100 cal english muffin, slice ham, fried egg, rf swiss
1200-chicken, beans, salsa,few tortilla chips
1500-greek yogurt, raspberries,ground flax and a sprinkle of Kashi go lean crunch
1830-chicken from yesterday, brocoli, sweet potato
2000-?strawberries and reddi whip?
all my water and such! Tomorrow is hump day already!
