Today is a high number day..mostly cuz I got up REALLY early and ate breakfast and then went back to bed..then when I got up three hours later, I ate another breakfast!


3:30 am 12 oz coffee

4:00 am protein waffle with reduced fat peanut butter and a little sugar free honey

7:00 am 12 oz coffee

7:30 am protein waffle with reduced fat peanut butter and alittle sugar free honey.

8:30 am 12 oz drink mix, GV Strawberry

11:30 am double espresso latte

12:00 pm 2/3 cup roasted soy nuts

1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:30 - 3:30 an hour nap..the house is so quiet with the kids gone that this was heavenly!

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Morning Spark, grapefruit caffeinated

5:30 pm left over spare rib, 4 chicken wings and 5 french fries with mayo and ketchup

I went through my winter clothes and got them put away and got out my warm weather clothes and got them all organized. Then I set up my wardrobe for the week according to the weather forecast..I'm figuring the weather will be nice enough to eat salads this week!

Protein: 144.1

Now those are really high numbers! And the fat counts are WAY too high..52%..yikes. Still, this week, I can work on getting back to normal!
