Nice day..shopping early and cleaning in the afternoon..

Before breakfast: coffee with NSA Swiss Miss, double espresso latte with soy milk

24 oz container of water with crystal light

Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices tomato, 2 slices rye toast

24 oz container of water with flavoring

Lunch: 3.5 oz left over roast beef, 1 oz honey roasted peanuts,

snack: 2.6 oz polish sausage (left overs again!), 1/4 cup reduced fat wheat thins

double espresso latte with soy milk

24 oz container of water with flavoring

Dinner: 4.5 oz sirloin steak from the grill, 1/2 cup potato salad

dessert: probably a nsa fudgecicle..

Wow..low carbs. I should have eaten a half an apple but I was running low. It's one of the things that I bought today so I'll eat one tomorrow..

Saturday was a fun day. I was signed up for a 12k The Sound To Narrows but my daughters sleepover was cancelled due to the hosts illness so I asked DD to come with me to the race, so we did the 5 K together running and walking. It was a nice day mid 60's. We went out to breakfast then to a farmers market. Came home and relaxed.
0700-muscle milk light
1100-1 eggs benedict, some hashbrowns
1230-cookie
1700-gorgonzola burger patty, sweet potato, brocoli
1900-skinny cow ice cream
2100-baked chips 2% cheese, salsa and rf sour cream-was starving before bed
all my water and such, 5 K as above.

You did more by lunch than I did all day! You did awesome..and to get to run and walk with your daughter..so much fun!
