I finally got a good night sleep last night..I even slept in a half hour late..I felt better but missed my Wii yoga time. Sad news at work. One of our ex-coworkers lost her son to a heart attack on Friday. The two of them were living together, taking care of eachother..just really sad.

I planned to catch it up after dinner but..no such luck. We had squirrel drama (one shot through the kitchen window. his crime? raiding the bird feeder and digging up the roots on our trees..)

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles,1/2 large apple microwaved for 2 minutes, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds

6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Bavarian Berry

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

8:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

10:30 am 1 small nectarine

10:50 am part of a salad: 4 oz chicken breast, 2 cups lettuce, 1 medium tomato, 2 oz lite balsamic vinegrete

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

1:00 pm the rest of the chicken salad

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Red Tea - Mandarin

2:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Hydrating Berry

4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Power Edge Wild Berry Caffeinated

4:30 pm 24 oz dirnk mix with ice, GV Orange

6:30 pm 1/3 lb lean ground beef patty, 1 slice processed cheese, 1.5 slices bacon cooked, 1 T Mayo, 2 slices tomato and all of that on a sandwich thin..yum..I had more than enough water today!

Maybe a 100 calorie microwave popcorn before bedtime..I'll include that in my totals.

Well, more than enough water..not much exercise and I missed my calcium..darn it. Well, tomorrow is another day and another do-over..

Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

0900-eggbeaters, rf cheese, veggie sausage and a bagel thin
1030-skinny cow cluster candy thing
1200-ww chicken entree, watermelon
1400-anothe skinny cow thing and rf wheat thins
1600-banana
1800-baked chicken, sweet potato, brocoli
2000-skinny cow ice cream sandwich- probably or maybe some cantelope
not enough water, most of my vits and minimal housework. Watched gnomeo and Juliet twice with DD and played a few board games. I think we will play the Wii before bed, I do not want to watch gnomeo and Julirt again! Back to work for me tomorrow and back to acting camp for DD!
