Humidity here today..97 degrees isn't bad but normally we don't have humidity..We're even suppose to have an afternoon, evening thunder storm that leaves half inch hail and extreme winds..nothing yet but I need to get off here before the power goes out.

5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

5:45 am 1/4 serving protein waffles,1 small banana, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds

6:00 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Stash Chocolate Hazelnut

8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

8:45 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango Tea

10:00 am 2 small plums

11:10 am part of a 5 oz pork chop, 1 slice pineapple grilled from canned

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

12:45 pm the rest of the pork chop

1:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

2:50 pm 1 hard boiled egg

3:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush

4:15 pm 1 medium grapefruit raw

4:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

6:30 pm 5 oz burger patty on a bed of spaghetti squash and a cup of spaghetti sauce with lean ground beef..can we say STUFFED..it took me so long to eat this whole thing, I had to add just alittle more sauce so I could finish the squash..there will be no dessert tonight..

It was in the high 70's here today and it is supposed to be nice all week! I did not have a good day of eating; got up late and did not have any food at work.
0630-premier protein drink
0830-scrambled eggs, 1 piece bacon, few cheesy hashbrowns
1100-fresh fruit salad
1400-pbj on wheat and veggie soup
1630-fage w 1/4 c Kashi
1900-rf wheat thins
2030-roast beef, mashed potatoes, and spinach
I guess it is not as bad as I thought; I always feel guily about the pbj, but they are so good!
all my water and such, only ran a mile at the Y, it was so hot in there so I went and rode the stationary bike for 30 minutes with the resistence up to where I was sweating. I need to run in the mornings; I cannot take the heat.

Peanut butter isn't bad..Jelly isn't bad. I prefer sugar free but neither one is bad..just maybe, not as good as could be..On whole wheat..psh..You did fine!

I can't take the heat either!
