I figure any day that I can drive to work with the top down has got to be a good day..Trying to keep a positive mental attitude cuz I SURE didn't wanna go to work this morning. Keep going through the motions and maybe by the end of the week, we'll start *feelin it*. LOL.

6:00 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss

6:15 am 1/4 serving protein waffles,1 small banana, 1/3 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds

6:45 am double espresso latte..(2 oz espresso, 1/2 cup plain soy milk frothed)

7:15 am 24 oz herb tea, Lipton Vanilla Chai

8:20 am 1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 pc turkey ham deli meat

9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, Crystal Light Energy Strawberry Caffeinated

10:15 am 2 small plums, raw

11:00 am 24 oz drink mix with the remaining ice, GV Strawberry

12:00 pm 12 oz decaf with half n half and splenda

1:00 pm chicken salad: 4 oz chicken breast (baked) 2 cups lettuce, 1 small tomato, 1.5 oz light balsamic vinaigrette

1:30 pm 6 oz light yogurt, strawberry

2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Wyler's Peach Tea

2:30 pm hard boiled egg

3:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, Lipton Mandarin & Mango

4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, GV Orange

6:00 pm 1/3 lb cheese burger, processed cheese, 1.5 slices bacon, 2 slices tomato, 1 T mayo on a sandwich thin

7:00 pm a cup of french fries..yeah, french fries..and it was WORTH IT!

Not bad..Not too bad at all..but now is time for bed cuz I haven't been getting enough sleep this week..and I'll need it tomorrow..
