Bloated belly/Gall bladder???

Ok, heres what I am experiencing.... happened to you? I am 7 years out, and had all the plastic surgery and happy with life, for the most part. Anyway, last week I started this bloating at night thing. My belly bloats so terribly tight and I look 6 months pregnant. I am sticking to my high protein,low carb diet and exercise everyday, walking or jogging between 2 and 4 miles daily. I am suffering constipation,bloating that makes me miserable. My mom suggested it could be gall bladder, I still have mine. Anyone???
