HI, do you feel hunger and fullness after surgery?

I am 7 years out and I still never feel hunger, although I don't think I'm normal that way!  I do feel fullness, and I also have a full "signal" that lets me know when I have had enough.  Now, whether or not I always pay attention that is another story!

I "hear" my stomach growling, and gurgeling.. I dont know if it is the "leftover" part of my stomache, but I dont FELL super hungry when It happens.. it is just weird.. I do feel hungry at times, but not starving.. My pouch ALWAYS tells me when enough is enough

I don't really feel hunger at all just my mind thinks i'm hungry. As for my body telling me I'm done I have 3 signals. I either sneeze repeatedly, my nose runs, or I yawn a lot. Now I just have to listen to those signals again.

The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return.
