Yeast Infection Question

What is happening in my diet to cause me to have a yeast infection every month? Before surgery, I had only had two in my ENTIRE life as a result of antibiotics, but now they are happening monthly. I looked on webmd and all they say is an overgrowth of yeast hormones, but what does that mean? How do I correct it? Has anyone else gone through this? Is it even the surgery? Holli

Holli, I havent expirenced one, but my doctor said that they can happen because of the combination of vitamins and any other meds you are taking. It might help to eat at least one yogurt a day. The live cultures are supposed to help. Take Care, Courtney
