I'm 27, but back when I was your age I lost 110lbs with the help of ephedrine. (I went from 275 to 165.) I had almost no saggy skin, except for the boobs, (which have always been saggy,) some orange peel skin above my belly button, I still had a slit for a belly button, and I could still pinch an inch or two in the "front butt" area. But overall I looked darn good! I'm afraid this time I won't be so lucky as far as saggy skin goes.

I had my wls 04/19/06 and have lost 90 pounds so far.. I had just turned 22 when i had it done and unfortionately I have tons of saggy skin! I figure it could be worse, My tummy, upper inner thighs, upper arms, booty and boobs sag, my arms, legs, and booty i feel might tighten up over time but my tummy and boobs will need lifted and tucked, i figure it is a small price to pay for my health... Good Luck!

Hey there, im about to be 16 mos out and ive lost 145 lbs and my skin does bother me but its not extreme and as i work out and stuff like that, i do notice that its gettin better, slowly but it is getting better, everyone used to tell me oh your young it will just bounce back. But weve had wls and no one normally loses soo much weight that fast, so it will take time for it to bounce back. But if your like me and very impatient then id go for ps. hehehehe Robert =)

Im 27, started at 288... surgery was 252 and my goal is 155.. I am 31lbs from goal and am already looking forward to plastic surgery. My arms are awful... lost 2" so far in them and they are huge - I cannot wear a lot of shirts because my arms wont fit... I mostly wear an XL so they will... otherwise I could wear a L... unless it is cotton. My boobs were always saggy so the surgery made no difference there... Ive actucally kept the same cup size so far (woo hoo!). My stomach is awful... I still carry most of my weight there... I am 186 and still wearing a size 16 jeans because of my stomach... Im hoping the next 31lbs I lose will be there!! The skin on my stomach is already wrinkly and will only get worse. I also have some loose skin on my inner thighs but am hoping with losing more weight and working out they will improve... because the skin is a little loose when I stand up I have "knee fat" you know where the skin kinda hangs over a little and I HATE it!!! I look fine in my clothes for the most part (damn those arms!) so its only when I see myself naked do I have an issue.

I am almost 14 months out and have lost exactly 200lbs. I was 462 lbs. to begin with. I was hoping my age would help me in not having a lot of saggy skin. Boy was i wrong. My body literally looks like i am melting. Don't get me wrong i feel better and look a hell of a lot better, and i'll take the skin over the fat anyday.
