I've been lurking for a while, but I figured it was time that I finally registered and said hi. I'm 23 and had RNY on April 13th (Friday the 13th

Hi Kyle and welcome!!!! That is always great to hear when a person is doing awesome and with no complications from the surgery! Thats the way it should be! I had RNY in Feb 07. I am enjoying life so much more. I can say I feel sexy!!!! heheh Take care and start posting away! ~Diana~

When I scheduled the surgery, I didn't make the connection between April 13th and Friday the 13th. That said, I'm not really superstitious, so I didn't let it bug me. It wasn't unlucky for me!
