Hello all

Hello everyone I haven't been on the site in like five days. I feel like Ive missed out on a bunch of stuff. Oh it sucks not having internet. Anyways how is everyone doing?

We've been having a great time....I'm getting close to goal, SheShe got a fill and a new kitty that she needs help naming, and Reese has been enjoying getting to know a new boy and her limitations (or lack there of) when it comes to dumping...and Ruthie has a new avatar!...and a whole bunch more....how long will you be without a consistent internet connection?

i just wanted to tell you also that i had my 5K last saturday. i wanted you to know cause ur the one who originally posted the challenge and gave the info for the couch to 5k training. just wanted to say thank you and to say that i am still running.

Thanks Michael for the update. Umm I haave no idea how long Ill be without internet. Hopefull I can get it connectedc by Wensday. Everything is well with me, and Jhick congratulations on the 5k that is awesome.
