This just goes to show that I share the good with the bad, because yesterday was not the best day for me. I went to the movies and the grocery store and the gym i forgot to take a protein shake with me! B:1/2 package of peaches and cream oatmeal and 1 egg scrambled L: 1oz of peanut butter and garlic flavored crackers D: 2 ounces of tun and 1tsp mayo 3 pita chips Totals only 35g protein and 500 Calories

d: south beach frozen meal - chicken caprese with broccoli and the cheese and veggeis off of two slices of papa john's pizza
s: 3 oz of beef jerky
