Good morning LOSERS!!!! I just woke up and took my butt to the gym. I did the tredmill and the elliptical trainer. I am looking for a good excercise to tighten my upper thighs and arms. Any suggestions? What are you guys doing this morning? Get moving!!! (for a moment there I kinda felt like Richard Simmons) Have a super day!!!

Hey Ruthie Good Job on getting out of bed and going to the gym.. I cant do it.. I have to go in the afternoon, I love to sleep too much hahah.. if your gym has weight machine hit some of the leg ones...  I cant tell you the name of any cuz I just dont know.. LOL... Or you can use the bike

I like msn fitness, aol fitness and webmd for exercise ideas. If you search 'arm exercises' etc you will get a bunch along with pictures and instructions including how many reps/sets to start with at what weight. Its hard to explain what you should do. Keep in mind weightraining wont tighten any loose skin...it will help to build muscle and tone which will help with the skin a little bit by filling it out... but expect no miracles :-)

First visit to surgeon - 288 ~ bmi 45.1
2 week pre-op 252 ~ bmi 39.5
Total lost - 153 Since surgery - 117!
Goal weight - 155 (mine) 180 (surgeons)
Current weight - 135 (2020 I lost 10lbs due to dedicating myself to working out more and being in better shape)

1/14/2025 still maintaining 135 :-)

Go on with your bad self for getting up first thing in the morning to go to the gym.  I wish I had motivation like that.  I totally don't, though.  I need to start going on my lunch break or something; going afterwork.  Anything.  I need to get my ass into the gym again.  I'm just so self-conscious about going, though; being the biggest girl in there and stuff.  I hate that!

Good Afternoon, Ruthie!  I just got up and its 12:30 pm ha ha!  My body is sooo messed up with the sleeping, its crazy.  I work crazy hours are work, so a set time for the gym is outta the question.  Instead I walk the dogs, run around like a mad person at work or do something at home. lol.... Crazy Fool here ha ha! Go on Richie ha ha!
