Well I finally did it...
I got off of my lazy azz and worked out today....Cheerleading is on a 2 week break so I actually have time to myself after school....and I don't have to coach. So I went to the park withmy friend and walked/ ran 2 miles....and ya know what? I'm probably gonna go tomorrow and just maybe the next day too....call me crazy but gaining a pound this week pissed me off....so I'm hell bent on getting back on track....
Don't get me wrong gaining a pound after losing 105lbs isn't freaking me out but I know I've become lazy so it's time to get back on track...ok thanks for letting me yell at myself! Hope everybody is doing well.....and welcome to all the new peeps I'm glad this board is getting some new blood and great activity....Ohhhh and the costumes were too cute girls thanks for posting all the halloween pics!

Good job on the re-focusing....I need to do some of that myself, I'm back on high protein every three hours and shunning the carbs again, and the scale is moving a little bit again....Now I need to get back into exercise....I can't jog anymore because all of the extra skin on my abdomen and man-boobs bounces around and it actually hurts, so I'm going to buy a mountain bike this weekend and take advantage of the decent weather here in the desert....
