1 Week Post op

Had an open RNY with my gallbladder removed at the same time. Let me just say OUCH! I got home and thought I would be sick forever! Taking a shower is still a real hard ship. ANYWAYS, the point is I was not thinking about weight loss. I was floating in my medicated state, but my mom told me to get on the scale this morning to see what's gone on in the week since surgery and I've lost... ...18 lbs this week... I'm pretty impressed. Not that I did anything but lie there, but it's still exciting :)

the first week was the hardest for me, i was on a lot of post surgery medications and stuff and you are kinda in a just blah state. Congrats on your weight loss so far!
